Mikrofonvorverstärker

Der F8 hat dank der aktuell besten Vorverstärker sehr geringes Grundrauschen (−127 dBu EIN) und hohen Gain (bis zu 75 dB) mit +4 dB Line Eingänge.

High-resolution Audio und Advanced Limiters

Der F8 kann bei einer Auflösung von 24-bit/192 kHz aufnehmen und ist mit eingebauten Limitern ausgestattet, die vor Überlastung schützen. Das Limiting kann auf alle 8 Kanäle gleichzeitig bei voller Auflösung angewendet werden.

Timecode mit höchster Genauigkeit

Der Timecode des F8 ist am neuesten Stand der Technik und benutzt einen Temperatur-kompensierten Kristall Oszillator ( Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator – TCXO). Er erstellt einen Timecode mit einer Genauigkeit von 0,2 ppm, was eine exakte Synchronisierung von Ton und Bild ermöglicht. Der Rekorder unterstützt alle standard Dropframe und nicht-Dropformate Formate. Timecode Ein- und Ausgang via praktischen BNC Steckern.
