The Manfrotto 119 is a short adapter spigot with a double female thread: 1/4"-20 at one end, 3/8" at the other. It is used to connect devices or accessories with a matching male thread or to compensate for different thread sizes. The spigot is made of brass and replaces the old Manfrotto catalogue number 3108.
